In this design the designer wanted to create patterns with sailing boats and waves to preserve the feeling of summer, patterns that are easy to combine in various ways for various purposes. She also wanted them to suit all kinds of furniture and environments in various materials.

Jag ville göra något stiliserat med segelbåtar och vågor för att hålla sommarkänslan kvar som kan smälta in i olika miljöer och till olika möbelstilar, material och färgsättningar.

Despre Maria Gutebring

Maria Gutebing lives and work in Gotland, the largest island on the
Baltic Sea, which is situated southeast of Stockholm. Her biggest source of inspiration is the magic light. She mainly works with various kinds of web design and layouts for prints. She also enjoys enjoy playing with various patterns and forms.

Jag heter Maria Gutebring, bor och arbetar på Gotland med ljus och hav som inspirationskälla. Jag arbetar mest med att göra webbdesign av olika slag samt layout till trycksaker, men det händer också att jag sitter och leker med olika mönsterkombinationer och nya former.
