Am apreciat faptul ca desi initial nu am reusit sa plasez comanda (din vina mea ) si eram pe punctul de a renunta, am primit pe mail o notificare cu nr. de telefon de la serv clienti prin care mi se asigura ajutor in cazul in care as fi avut nevoie. Asta m-a determinat sa mai incerc odata, cu succes. Va multumesc!
