I'm glad to hear that your overall experience with us was a positive one and that you are happy with the carpet, but you mention that there are some creases that are still present. Regarding the folds on the carpets, the reason we fold them for transportation is because they are packed in accordance to the standards and norms provided to us from our shipping partners UPS and Fedex. The folding minimizes the risk of the carpet being damaged due to the fact that there is less surface area. If you have fold marks in your carpet they should disappear by themselves after a short while. If the marks are being a little more stubborn you can roll the carpet in the opposite direction and leave it for a couple of days, which should help speed up the process as well. You can also refer to our carpet encyclopedia which has more information on how you can get rid of folds on your carpet. Am avut o experienta buna, nu am intele insa de ce nu am beneficiat la acesta achizitie de reducerea de 15% desi aceasta era valabila in perioada 1-3 decembrie, iar cand am facut comanda, pe 3 decembrie, am primit raspuns ca nu este valabil codul de reducere introdus, care era cel indicat in oferta primita!
