The carpet bought from you is very beautiful (and it seems qualitative too), but the way you packed it for international transport endangered its plush. Or you could offer me the option to deliver it in special conditions! But you only left me one single choice for delivery, on the website, standard (free) delivery.
If you're doing this with all carpets you sell, then you leave me no chice but to avoid further shopping from you. Sorry.

Covorul cumpărat de la dvs. este foarte frumos (și pare și de calitate), dar modul în care l-ați împachetat pentru transport internațional i-a pus în pericol plușul. Măcar de mi-ați fi oferit o metodă de livrare specială. Dar numai livrarea standard (gratuită) era disponibilă pe website.
Dacă așa împachetați toate covoarele pe care le vindeți, atunci mă văd nevoită să evit pe viitor alte cumpărături de la dvs. Îmi pare rău.

When we ship carpets over a certain size we are required to send them folded rather than rolled for several reasons. The first is that the shipping companies we use for private deliveries will only accept packages of a certain size. The carpet is also better protected during transport when folded. If you have any minor fold marks in the beginning you do not need to worry as these will quickly disappear after you have laid the carpet out on the floor. Kind regards, CarpetVista customer support

Sint incintata de achizitia facuta la magazinul dvs. Covorul aduce in casa multa culoare si caldura. Este simplu si elegant, o adevarata opera de arta. Imi aduce bucurie in fiecare zi, n-as fii crezut ca un covor poate sa schimbe atit de mult ambianta unui apartament. Va multumesc, este un vis!

Overall, quite a nice experience but it doesn't help to show carpets marked with "sold".

Răspuns de la CarpetVista : Dear George, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. There are a couple of reasons that there are carpets on the website that are marked as sold. The first is that many times people still want to be able to access their carpet after they have made a purchase, therefore we keep it active on the website until they have received it. The other reason is that there are some carpets that we will be getting in stock again and so we must keep them active in case somebody has questions about it or wishes to add their name to the watch list. am cumparat deja mai multe covoare, placerea este intacta, voi continua sa cumpar de la magazinul dvs. si sa il recomand prietenilor.
